Condix process is different from traditional method that Organic Black Bean is ground after stir-frying or puffing at high temperature.
The organic black bean beans are ground at lower temperature after steaming to retain the original flavor and nutrition of fiber, potassium, folate vitamins B6 and phytonutrient.
This fiber help in cholesterol and heart disease.
You may mix 25g to 150cc warm water or mix with other beverage like Milk, Oat and baking products.
